Credits Policy

Credit packs

Credits are sold as a one-time payment. There is no subscription. Packs do not expire.

Sale prices may apply during promotions. The Pricing page shows the current packs and prices. A successful payment adds the credits to your account. It does not unlock a song by itself.

When credits are used

Finishing one song uses 5 credits. That happens when you confirm Download or Share, not when the payment goes through.

Every song comes in two versions, and one unlock covers both. You can download either version, and choose which one plays on the share page. Switching versions, downloading again, or opening the share page again does not charge another 5 credits.

New accounts do not start with free credits. The 30-second preview does not use credits.

If credits do not appear

If a payment succeeded and the credits are missing, write to yuanyuan221119@gmail.com with the time of the purchase. We will check the order and add the credits if the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Credits already used to unlock a song are not refundable.

Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase, and only if you email us first. We do not accept a refund request made directly to the payment provider, your bank, or your card issuer. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
